How will I receive my LeCarré jewel?

At Le Carré, we believe the magic begins the moment you receive your order. That's why we take care of every detail of our packaging.

Where can I buy LECARRÉ jewelry?

You can buy directly from our online store www.lecarre.es or from authorized points of sale which you will find in the Distributors section.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours (business days). Delivery time depends on the destination.

  • Peninsular Spain : 1–3 working days.
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla : 2–5 working days.
  • International : 3–7 days (depending on the country).
Can I track my order?

Yes. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the carrier's link.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are the jewels made of gold or silver?

All our jewelry is made of 18-karat gold and 925 sterling silver. Many pieces are plated in 18k gold or combined with natural stones, cubic zirconia, diamonds or emeralds (depending on the collection).

Do you offer jewelry customization?

Some pieces can be customized upon request (engraving, choice of stones, or design adjustments). See our Custom Jewelry section or contact us for more information.

What ring size do I need?

You can consult our size guide available on each product page. If you have any questions, write to us and we'll help you choose the right size.

Can I return a piece of jewelry if I don't like it?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return . The jewelry must be unused and in its original packaging.

What if it arrives defective or damaged?

In that case, we will, of course, replace or refund it free of charge. It's important that you contact us within the first 48 hours of receiving your order.

What guarantee do LECARRÉ jewelry products have?

All our parts come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, contact with chemicals, or normal wear and tear.
